Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

First of all thank for give me opportunity, I like working at Manali coating because... Every day I learn something new, and also I handling day to day new task ,organization, planing, summarising, analysis and therefore some time arising problem that time I take some time for solving these problems ...and also taking risky dicision ....and so that time I am really excited..and company owner also believe my decision and management planing ..
