1.Pressure on my Head 2.Put the pressure on you to work in other departments,irrespective of designation& study 3.After 6:30PM you do not suppose to leave.Need to provide extra 1.5/2 hr work for company benefit. 4.No bonus&Salary increment bcz it is start up growing company.no meals 5.Employer has huge craving to ruin the employee. 6.Work life balance,culture of the company worst bcz company do not conduct any activity,fest,team dinner other than work.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
