...port during covid situation no proper sanitisation and precautionary measures...only thing is if someone gets effected with covid they will pay the salary...salry is regular not like other medical institutes.

No hikes no professional growth... during covid lockdown lot of salry cuts... balancing work and family is very tough due to very strict timings and work life..only sunday is holiday with other days 9-5 working hours..

Worst maintenance..nobody’s proper response worst experience about staff and maintenance and literally pharmacy tooo worst they don’t no what write on prescription…and they billed the medicines but they dint gave unless until nurse informed to attender …pls maintain pharmacy staff ….pls puvadagaru pls correct it

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
