Malpani provides the job security, Work life balance is a big plus here. No one calls you after work hours. Company functions were the best.

You get very less salary as compare to market rates. Career growth is very slow.

Salary structure is very ambigious. Heavy workload. No increment for two years. No trip and No birthday or festival celebration of any event. No value for new employees. Rules made for Rural Employees I.e. sangamner, are applicable to Urban Employees of Pune. No leaves from the company. Payment of per year Leaves, already deducted from the package and then given leaves to employees. No entertainment and mental satisfaction. No value for new concepts and ideas. Suggestions and complaints of old employees are taking into consideration than new employees. No insurance benefits from the company. Travelling charges Rs. 3/- for per kilometers, for bike of employees. Only major festivals are holidays. No prior Notice for dismissal of service.

Malpani Group is multiplayer in business. They adopts latest technology and implement accordingly.

Dislikes

Salary is on time, but salary structure is confusing, growth accordingly is slow. The work pressure is moderate but hectic to finish on time due to lack of manpower, lack of support. Many a times non IT work assigned by manager. Managers do not value individuals' talent. For any achievement they never appreciate on mail or with verbal talk. Credit of good work is taken by seniors all the time. Company policy changes anytime, no work life balance.

Compensation is decent the work pressure is very high sometimes I heve To work 8-9 hours straight in a day I have to attend client calls in the evenings I have to o take back my suggestions
