Mallik was my first company and I have immense joy to say that I had a wonderful experience there... I had so much to learn there.. I met my role model there. My GM Chandan Sir... He guided me like a father... He showed me the way to live my life productivity and happily... Am always in debt with him for giving me a chance to work for Mallik... I quit due to some personal problems... Else I would have worked there forever

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
