My self working as 7 years in that 7 years I am not getting any pramotion.i informed to many times to my reporting manager he is telling as your working in this company my self not promoting you if you want you leave,like statement given. Same like my self informed to higher level no use.

Salary part they need to compensate as per the present market rates. Designation are randomly selected, we need to validate the individual capabilities and provide the designation.

Good work environment and culture.company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. HR policies are very wrost and the HR doesn't response for any issues and they will blame if you raise the problems.

Malladi is my life training flatform. My boss and team other Department people also very friendly. It like A college.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.sometimes ,i have to work 12-16 hrs Straight in A day .
