...ngineering Department First Preference is given to Senior Faculty in Department.No word of Salary Increment .If you ask Salary Increment after 1 year ,HOD will say keeping in Job nowadays is more for You.Don't think even dream of Salary Hike.No Recognition in terms of Department.If new Joined Asst professors in Mech Department without PhD'S escpecially ,they will treat you like Office Boys.No Proper coordination among Dept .There is Senior Junior Feeling.Senior Faculty play lot of Politics especially HOD also play lot of Politics in the College as if he is Goutham Buddha .But He is a stupid,arrogant ,senseless fellow without regard for fellow faculty.He shouts at the faculty at all times while in the College like a Dog..without analyzing at the circumstances.HOD will Continuously force Senior Faculty to threaten newly joined faculty or faculty who does not listen to his words all the time .He will develop Grudge against Faculty who doesnot always listen to his words.He doesnot distribute work load equally & also according to Faculty Wish.If asked why distributed Work Load Unequally He says"I am the Boss here .You have to listen to me or else If will Complain to Mangement & get you terminated from JOB. Dear friends this is my eperience with MREC(A) Mechanical Engineering Department.

They never give you any increment or no security for job. As the salary increases they try to remove u from the job. The environment is so bossy.. they don't let u grow personally

Office politics is much so much of favourism and so much partiality. Only if the hod likes you personally he wil help u or he wil always find some mistakes in your work. Despite u work much no remuneration and no appreciation
