I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. the organisation completely based on non profit.good organisation and perfect to work for the women's .i love the fact that i am a part of MBA department to work as professor,we conduct management seminars,events,industrial visits training programs for the student knowledge development.i like to do such woks,we make student as a makers,breakers,achievers(MBA)

compensation is not satisfiable and growth is very slow.work pressure is not high ,but some times we have to take 6 -7 subject classes for students which is risky....every this is good to work
