Dislikes

it was hectic and stressful. CEO always questions and tells you basically that you cant be stressed. He’s a know it all about his employees. He knows that no one can be stressed working with him. The environment is all political even though the company had 15-20 employees. Appraisal are at 3-5%, that too when they wish to give it you.
