First of all the owner is a dishonest man. Being a boss means you need to respect every employee, make them feel homely and give salary on time. I was doing my internship in Malhotra Leather Exports and was told that my collection will be made with 10k stipend/per month, but the owner Mr. Yuvraj Malhotra very disrespectfully denied everything and i was embarrassed in front of many people. I worked for 2 months and demanded 20k according to the offer letter given but i didn't get it , also my collection wasn't made. Mr. Yuvraj Malhotra not only denied to give my salary but dispected me and my father as well. He use to be very sweet on the face but be disrespectful behind the back. From body shaming to being very casual he did it all.
