Great advantage is that all the directors,including Managing director are well qualified & well experieced civil engineers who can help in resolving issues,can advise on technical matters and they can very well oversee the problem may arise at project site and how to guide the site team to resolve those in a proper way without affecting the progress.

Dislikes

Here one problem I faced is that the directors believe everyone even though they are doing certain things for their own benifit by creating financial losses to the company.
