Here's what I liked : Pay , Incentive scheme, ambience, South East Asian cuisine, Staff discount on food & Beverages, Mediclaim facility, Rewards & recognition and my flamboyant director Cheeru (Malakaspice is her legacy as HR deptartment is mine ! ) Dislikes : Politics by COO (now CEO- revengeful,ungrateful,bossy and self oriented mean attitude also), no incentives to team HR, poor quality of staff food (like no rotis) and lodging facility, groupism, no transport facility even for ladies and long working hours, no microwave & coffee machine for admin office staff, awful behaviour with women wanting to get married and pregnant for fear of them quitting work. Resistance towards building a coherent maternity policy and unreasonable t&c for returning women so that they quit automatically.

Dislikes

Job security especially for women wanting to have families. Very insensitive / inhumane attitude by the then insecure COO (now CEO who plays selective favouritism & dirty politics ) towards women counterparts to ensure that they quit themselves. Forget work from home options, flexible working, early departure is also not tolerated even if one can manage to complete day's work and has small baby at home. Rigid working hours for all !
