...ce nature they provide and I like the management of there. Job security is good. and also you will get compensation every quarter as good as you perform. company policies; well they have standard values and companies policies . during background verification it takes a long time, you have to be patient. For me it took almost 1 month for completion BGV and for joninng.

A small improvement can be done. Political and religious topics can be avoided in office as some people won't be interested in. During election times too much gossiping used to happen in my newly joined days(later better; got decreased). remaining everything was superb and adorable .

- salary is very low - hike is really bad - don’t trust a word talent acquisition team saying - probation is for a year - 6 day for working - HR make people write apology letters for wearing round neck tshirt to office. - Fine for wasting food - HR warning for loose dress, tight dress, leggings, jeans etc - Culturally still in 90s

-ASH is like a supervisor. You need to take care of the smooth working of the store. -Pressure is very less in compared to other retail industries or jewellery stores. -A good working atmosphere. -Zero ego superiors.

...ontinuously work for 45 days to get 15 days off. -Salary appraisal is pathetic. New roles and designation will be given, but not in pay. -Incentive is pathetic in comparison to the profit that we are making to the company.

...ours and more -closing time comes after counting stock get delayed most of the times ,limited learning,long time for promotions,increment in salary is not as per standards.
