There's nothing to like about, working at makkpress has been challenging due to a toxic team lead who often resorts to abusive language with the team. His technical skills are inadequate, even strugging with basic coding tasks like those handled by chatbots. A senior develoer in the team, she lacks logical or coding abilities, TL let her do only manual or documentation work, Company pay her double compare to those developers who do most tasks, This inefficiency wastes company resources. Both individuals are unsupportive and arrogant, often forcing weekend and late-night works shifts.

1. Toxic Leadership: The team lead's use of abusive language and lack of support created a toxic work environment. 2. Poor Technical Competence: Concerns about inadequate technical skills among team members, including senior developers. 3. Role Mismanagement: Frustation with senior developers being limited to non-technical tasks like manual work and documentation, despite their role in development. 4. Work-life Balance Issues: Having to work on weekends and late nights occasinally, impacting work-life balance negatively. 5. Resource Management: Feeling that the company's resources wer not utilized effectively due to ineficiencies and inappropriate task allocations.
