... few people behaviour everything is fine very good work environment of company, Appraisals are partially fair like salary hikes depend on your manager not on your work over all company environment and policies is very good, middle management behaviour not good for junior employees etc .

Middle management behaviour is not good for junior employees, middle management not solve the problem of juniors dose not fight for junior at all . They're barrier for growth , they are doing lots of politics against junior employees otherwise company policies and work environment , Salar and perks structures are very good ..

...even money for basic perks like family insurance is extracted from employees. 6. Major cost cutting in every thing. 7. Regressive HR policies like shutting down Cafeterias between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM every day in the name of boosting productivity. 8. No leave encashment, justified in the name of a scam called unlimited leaves. 9. Foul language considered a norm in day to day meetings even among leaders.

Learning graph is straight No professionalism HR won't even try to solve employees problems No privacy of personal information A lot of politics.......A LOT Don't expect any appraisal or promotion if you're not a kis* a** Managers don't even have a basic understanding of tools Toxic culture

MakeMyTrip has great values and work culture where people acknowledge your potential, time commitment and quality of work. The product folks are quite experienced and smart, promoting one's growth and learning. Last but not the least, MakeMyTrip sets benchmark in terms of work life balance and employee benefits (such as unlimited leave policy)

Dislikes

The compensation is at par with the industry standards but can be made better in comparison to companies with similar business scale and reputation. The past work and quality of experience should also be accounted for (various purposes), instead of majorly focusing on work done and time spent at MakeMyTrip only.

Company culture, working profile, learning. Working for about 3 years and learn lot of things. Work ownership and respect for the work you have done. Work recognition. Solely responsible for your market growth. Good guidance from managers.

Dislikes

Appraisal and growth is not satisfied. If you work in any market and grow for them but instead of giving promotion or salary hike to you, they will prefer to hire someone from outside for a same position but on higher salary
