Increament is not on time . You will feel like a slave because you have to work in Bpcl or Iocl company as contract engineer at sites I used to have worst experience in BPCL bolangir plants,where TC will ask you party and gift and Employees have to bear the expense. Kosan top management is supportive.

I would like to suggest considering a more competitive salary increment (Performance-Based Incentives and increment) and clearer opportunities for job promotion. Improving the working culture and fostering better communication between senior and junior employees would greatly enhance our work environment. Bloody LALA company. They call their competitors LALA company,however they are now operating like proper LALA company. First the increment was delayed then No increment was given for last year and no information was given. They don't even share HR policy
