I would like to suggest considering a more competitive salary increment (Performance-Based Incentives and increment) and clearer opportunities for job promotion. Improving the working culture and fostering better communication between senior and junior employees would greatly enhance our work environment. Additionally, a review of job location options and welfare facility could be beneficial.

Some colleagues were good but they left.

Work culture is not good. Partiality is more and salary structure is also not good. You will be expected to do all the work even out of your JD and will say that you're learning.

They offer you specific job role but when you work on your offered role they expect some other job roles like HR, Operations etc. and they doesn't provide Appraisal on time.

Increament is not on time . You will feel like a slave because you have to work in Bpcl or Iocl company as contract engineer at sites I used to have worst experience in BPCL bolangir plants,where TC will ask you party and gift and Employees have to bear the expense. Kosan top management is supportive.

Bloody LALA company. They call their competitors LALA company,however they are now operating like proper LALA company. First the increment was delayed then No increment was given for last year and no information was given. They don't even share HR policy
