*The co-workers were helpful but sadly all of them have resigned. *The independence of taking decisions *The CEO is is very supportive at times and listen and consider the inputs of other employees. *The product we are offering is superior in the market. *The competition they conduct (National/International).

Dislikes

...d don’t stick to it. *They rarely pay incentive. *They use to block expenses. *The salary never use to come on time. *We use to work on weekoffs as well but the work was never recognised. *The believe in hire and fire policy so every 2-3 month the team gets changed. *And lastly the root of Makebot, who created the base of the company was disrespected by higher hierarchy and now she has resigned as well. *The prices of their product and services are way too high which shouldn’t be when you are getting it at a very low cost because of which it’s very difficult to pitch our product when the competition is working at 10% of our price. *The service they provide to their clients is never on time, mostly delayed by 1-2 months because after receiving the order they never start working on it immediately.

...and i like this kind of organization culture where people can share their views. Talking about job and salary is good and up growth is there if you work for one common goal.

Manager and other staff were very good hence it had a good work culture with flexibility of time.

Dislikes

Does not monitor growth and impatient about revenue. As it’s an Edtech company that handles robotics and coding for schools. As it’s not a necessity for schools so the conversion rate is slow and time consuming. Unrealistic mindset,Pricing and poor decision making was a big con.
