Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I joined the school with lots of hope and saw that students quality is very good which made me satisfied. The school management decided to shut down the school , only online classes is going which is very ineffective and the management is not paying the salaries yet now and complete non cooperation is there.

Dislikes

The main problem is the management as nobody in the management is educated and thus no relation with education and training.
