The culture of mmjc is great for work , everyone is accessible for queries and helps each other. They follow the laws and regulations is the letter of spirit and there are various internal teams which generally don't have with the firm for. E.g. quality assurance, research and development.

Good exposure and very helping co-workers. Expectations of partner are too high.

Dislikes

Compensation is very less, centralised system with less authority. There is a lot of politics and some of the partners are also involved. Management doesn't bother to resolve any issue unless you put down your paper. Post that you are the most valuable employee.. Alot of unnecessary hollow process are there for very simple simple thing. No work life balance/ no paid leave concept.

One can get great exposure, if joined in good team. They have 360 overview about Secretarial work.

Dislikes

...re cutting salaries by 20% and had not intimated the same with prior notice too. Also they still expect to work with full zeel and full energy inspite of their salary cutting.

The work culture at MMJC is amazing. Partners have a vision and are always available to discuss things. The systems are very much in place and blending becomes easy. They work on value systems which are Integrity, Service, Knowledge, Growth and Innovation which is the base of functioning.

Lot of pressure on employees. No work life balance. Lot of expectation even if you don't have resources(Trainees). Too much internal politics. seniors try to grab the credit of work done by you. They expect you to work on holiday as well. Office timings are 10:30 to 07:00 but you cant leave office at 7 due to work pressure.
