Except arogant managers everything is good

This is my worst experience in my 7 yrs of career and it's becoz of my immediate manager as bcoz their personal monetary illegal benefits she is just playing and bcoz of her only no one able to work with her. I also tried to discuss with HR but one interested to listen as having good backing with senior managers. If you can do chaplusi of people like her and will give her bribe you can sustain their else you will be out.
