Technician salary is high compare to engineers.For sample: I am interested to work and clear all machine breakdown with my knowledge.in my salary is low to compare workers salary.

Learning opportunities is infinite for engineers and organizations also open to all employees to learn.....

Old employees who working more than 15 years will not support new employees to grow.... Purchase department is really good atmosphere to work and HOD is not the good leader and he behave like boss all the time not leader...... Conclusion if money is second priority and learning knowledge is first priority the this is the right place to work for engineers.......

1. Company policy: Take employee who are from the lower middle class who can't fight for anything, And make 3 year bond with 2 lakh penalty even though it is illegal, and get maximum work by showing that 3 year Bond. 2. HR policy :HR department is only for getting signature in 3 years Bond and threaten the employees. 3. Senior employees: Don't allow anyone to grow further, and do No 1 politics. 4. Worst Department: Customer Relations Management. If anyone wants to make a proper career path, please don't join here
