No career growth, no learning ( if you wanted to learn and your HOD doesn't like you bcoz you don't do chamcha Giri of her and you don't involve in offical jhols you will not be able to learn anything nor your salary will get increased). Have worked almost 3 years my salary was same and have not got anything to learn. Have tried my best to learn from others departments. Infact my seniors also didn't helped me bcoz of of her.

BHPC brand head bina kaam ka baithe baithe lakho me salary le raha hai.aur company ne (accha kaam karne wale) 30-40 logo ko covid-19 ka reason bata k nikal diya. Full lala company.

Below par salary, it's a family run organisation with benefits enjoyed only by their fav people. VM & RM are married so they run the show in collaboration with too management. All the major top management are married or linked so no other deserving candidates can move ahead but can be moved out according to their whims and fancies.

Yes I want explain that there is nobody's analysis employees skill every employee are same whether good performance staff or poor performance staff..
