There are many opportunity for learning new things. As this is Insurance Product Company you will have opportunity to learn few things about Insurance Industry. Huge Product build with large number of technologies for different area of software.

Work life balance is good depending on the project assigned to you. Now they have permanent work from home which is very helpful nd good.

Salary and hikes are not very good. There are Politics to some extent. However that has changed over the years with Thoma Bravo taking over.
