No hike even if companies profits released were so high and all higher management expect 0 defect count for support activity when growth in terms of package is 0 Company appraisal cycle is too much demanding from resource and in return the growth is 0 from last 2 years 19-20 and now growth in 21 will be effective from July 2021 which again another half year delay.

Surprise increments of few people who are in continuous contact with higher management without any incrememt cycle.
