Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Maithon Power Ltd is on of big Power plants of jharkhand state , its capacity 1050MW. TATA Power provide gods environment for employees for work. Tata power also provide L1,L2,L3 training to workers to develop skills. During lockdown condition company fully understand the situation and co operate all employees . Company set rota system for specific job .

It is subcritical plant its capacity is 525 MW . A lot of things I learn at the place because my job profile is "on job trainee" at operation as well Maintenance in all area.man power management.
