Problem is in salary, It's too much low and poor promotion policy. Duty hours 12, so no work life balance. Payment done on account and in hand (60%, 40%).

Good work environment and culture.company policies are good ,. appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

In every company there r few people who don't except interference in ongoing monopoly which is not good for company growth. Else fine.

The company is adopt latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of team.My colleagues come from various electrical background and we work happily.
