Work culture is very bad here. They expect infinite output from you & for that you have to work late night & on weekend too with a lot of burden of pressure. As I am hindu & I am working in Mumbai branch, they don't celebrate hindu festival, not even you will get holiday on festival. Working here is waste of your life. You will not get time to spend with your family.

I like working in Tecnimont because it helps me develop my skills more my skills and knowledge on Petrochemical, Gas & Oil industry. I love the working environment and the benefits it provides.

Dislikes

When I worked in Tecnimont for more than 9 years. I don’t see anything against the company because it is where I have my kids finished their education and gave a comfortable life.
