A typical day at Mainfreight is pure confusion and chaos. The workplace culture is toxic. Management isn't very helpful nor knowledgeable. The hardest part about the job is the people. The most enjoyable part of the job is when I get to go home.

Accept co worker everthing bad. Dont spoil your career joining mainfreight. Company hardly completed 1yr and within 1yr almost 10-12 employees resigned. Everymonth 2-3 employees resigning. Out of 10 employee. Pin point for everything you do. First month honeymoon period then second month onwards like webseries. Managers gossip, personal comments, fake promises and unrealistic commentiment
