Read again Perfect organization for women to grow in career Satey wise Attional facility Crutch available for working mothers Perfect policies for women No harassment on women ( 0 tolerance, also harassment department who listen) For women its haven Flexible working hour And its opposite for men !!!!

There is not enough growth in many terms about salaries, skill development The salary is very low there as we are working in delhi/ncr we expect more.. and Many people got stuck in Other locations from GURGAON because of this pandemic so company Should support them not to pressurized them to Come urgent. that's all from my side.. MNC company with good processes set up for learning and development. The work culture is decent but could surely improve.

Poor Compensation for freshers. Lack of onsite opportunities. No education benefits. Poor appraisals.

A great place to work. Provides a lot of trainings for free for which you have to pay a lot if you are going to conduct those trainings outside. Great working environment with helpful peoples from bottom to top level.

Salary may be the issue for those who retains in the company for long time.
