It was a good place to work, with skill development and your work would get recognised. But after change in COO things went down side. If you have the ability to point fingers on others and steal others work then you can survive well.

Dislikes

After COO change the employee benefits got short one by one to increase the profits margin instead of looking for organisation/business expansion. The have only one O&M contract no growth. Cost cutting has started like they won't even spend on safety 🦺 PPE etc. You won't be provided with required manpower or tools but you have to get the work done no questions asked.

The company is 1st successful wireless communication project in Water treatment plant.Here they are used lot of technology in the field of PLC & SCADA.This company is best suitable for Instrumentation Engineer.

Dislikes

Company is good,but the increament growth is slow.
