Culture & HR-worst. It is not system driven, it is always and I say always person driven, according to their mood & need. Even HR works for those who are in key position. HR really don't know what is employee care in-terms of development, opportunity for growth, facilities etc, keep aside regular interaction.

Norhing - Wrost company in india, Kindly don't join to this company. All the cheap people from top to bottom are in this company. Except for company work all people doing politics. These company's people will spoil your career too if you are joined.
