Job security is very worst , I am working in this company around 7 years still now I am offrole only,work culture is average, company policies are not suitable for offrole employees.

Employees talent not promoted in this company. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.

Mahindra TEQO would be a good place for a Fresher or engineers just passing out from college. Although, I do feel TEQO not a suitable place for an experienced person. As a part of Mahindra Company it may have job security but the work culture is poor, the higher management level is not very aware of management-related work ethics. Company policy is not very attractive. This company does not provide a better environment to work for a long time here. Experienced people who are looking for a company to work for a long time, should not choose Mahindra TEQO.

Dislikes

Good place for a fresh graduate to start his/her carrier in the software industry. If they are willing to adjust with less salary then they can choose to work here to learn. Good Health Insurence is provided.
