There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Hard work doing with company but not any progress and not according salary.

I gave my best gor company but not given rating by b.m or management. New joiness have more salary.and old are nothig do for company.

Employees are very helping nature . It's very secure job with covered life insurance policy. The work experience is very exllent

Customer didn't pay the installments on time that's why there is pressure of collection

Its a brand. Exellent package. Lack of presser.

Lot of politics in botom level. Not any type career and growth. Dealy appraisal prosses. Unethicul office envirments. Lack of work life balance etc.
