in covid 19 pandemic our company has been taken care of employee salary on time to time basis as well as our company has been taken care of the employees health those who have affected by covid .This is supporting all of us during this pandemic.

Work life balance and job security to me as an individual. Others are not so much.

No scope of growth whatsoever. Should forget about incentives and salary hike. For few hundred rupees of hike is a no take.

... person of funtastic knowledge of law field. He had solution every law problem. The salary/appraisal is not satisfied in current time. But the other benefits like Travel Claim, Mobile Claim & Medical Claim are supported & beneficial to the employee. The company had provided me lots of knowledge of my field. I also like the employee re-hire policy. The environment during work is good. I am also ready to do work if company wants Legal Officer in Nashik area.

...atisfied growth in appraisal. Sometime one can't manage the work & life balance. The individual salary is much low than today's life.

Do not join this company this is company take amount from employee where he or she resign if his not agree to pay or medical emergency to left the job

...ed us and made us resign and then did not even give us relief, we felt very bad. Despite the salary being very low (21500), we worked honestly for 8 years in Mahindra company. A staff in another company earns this much salary

The company to which the employee gave 8 years of his life, harassed the employee and made him resign from the job, after which I was asked for early relieving, then even after I mailed for early relieving, I was not given early relieving,If I want, I can seek relief through court case because I have the recording which was spoken by the company's HR and Deepak sir (Business Head).
