It is always a happy moment whenever we see salary on date and the same way in Rivigo salary will always be transferred on date and another thing I liked most in Rivigo is each and every work will be done by mails That's the another thing I liked most in Rivigo

The behavior that shows by our team leader and zone in charge on us is really a disliking thing. They always behaves in a rude manner and another thing is you have to be available 24/7 ,365 days which is very difficult thing and even we don't get holidays on festivals, Sundays etc ., That's the most disliking thing in Rivigo when I'm working as Pit stop Executive

HR Department. And Operation higher Management totaly un experience of Operation processes at bottom level. HR. Department doing partiality between employees. Job safety is nothing. Daily working hours extended due personal life effected.

You got your job confirmation within 6 months cause no one wants to work long period in logistics with low salary and high working pressure, so after 1 year lot's of employees resign

Higher People Like Hub Manager and Cluster Manager, Do Not Respond To The Employees Problems, They Do Not Pay For Overtime, Harrasing and Assulting The Male Employees.

Sr. Management Will not discuss team and accept customer companion without an discussion this is totally wrong we accepted customer is frust but also we have make SOP of his then how to break
