"Mahindra Logistics' HR team is very disappointing. Even after my resignation of 90 days, they have not paid my salary and full & final settlement. Additionally, they deducted half of my salary, citing an extra notice period. This has been a very bad experience."

When I start, i was provided training period 2 month which help me to get familiar with working. Also top management is very good and do care about the employees. Flexible work time is additional benefit.

Lack of planning. Senior Management will not understand the requirement and will push you to do the job. Which as created mess with quality and productivity in operations. As I am working in 3PL operations job gurantee is not there.

... office politics 2. A lot of blame gaming and pushing the work on each other. 3. No relation between work and pay, you can be paid very less and still work 24*7, without any recognition. 4. Work environment depends from team to team, so choose your team wisely 5. There is little to no work-life balance, unless you learn to say No or start pushing your work on some new joinee
