The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technogy. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a globalclient base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.Sometimes, I have work 12-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid- year appraisals. Also, thre is job traning for freshers, hence senior folks like me guide them step-by step, which is a pain sometimes.

"Mahindra Logistics' HR team is very disappointing. Even after my resignation of 90 days, they have not paid my salary and full & final settlement. Additionally, they deducted half of my salary, citing an extra notice period. This has been a very bad experience."

salary is very less in mahindra and it doesn,t even update people work .nor does it increase their postion.

There is no canteen facility in this organization and also salary is decent but career growth is low
