Rivigo working culture is average and one time Rivigo was a good company but when I was left this company than company culture was not good and promotion Possiblty was nothing besides it increment also not increase so Rivigo culture was not good.

One of the best logistics environment i ever seen, In our cluster everyone were below 26 so imagine how will be the workplace look like. Management were very much supportive and flexible with our ideas, can learn everything for a logistics need u can gain experience here quickly and can apply for a much well reputed logistics firm.

...e is no proper infrastucture like, restrooms ,cafeteria, adequate chairs to sit. Salary is decent for a freshers bt for a 3 years experience guy it is bad. Appraisal is quite decent. Leave will be a problem for the guys beacause its 24/7 firm.
