White Collar Employees (above G.M level)are very egoistic. Very toxic environment in office. Even after achieving 100% KRAs, Job Security is Zero , threats of job loss .

Job security - this will be your dream, but it's not true at all. 5. Work satisfaction - there have no any satisfaction, until you left the job permanently. 6. Company Culture - this will get you surely in trouble.

You got your job confirmation within 6 months cause no one wants to work long period in logistics with low salary and high working pressure, so after 1 year lot's of employees resign
