I have worked for around 4 years, in the initial stages the company provided good competition and facilities, and the overall learning was great and had lots of improvement in my career life

Dislikes

Unlike initial year of the company, the company had low performance in the market and customer satisfaction was really not that good in the recent years. The salary was reduced before covid-19 due to company liability,and again redused during lockdown. During lockdown I was informed to resign as a part of layoffs. While so many other companies felt sympathy and have given lockdown period salary and extra benefits to its employees. Rivigo didn't bother to do any such actions. Work Details

At the initial stage though the salary and learning was good compared to other logistics the work and life balance was very disappointing. Extended hours of shift without extra pay was really a negetive aspect that the higher management exploit.

Some people is very good and helpful but require something better that I think management is knowing better.

Better apportunity giving knowing people not talent so I think this is not good for company so request promote and hiring talent people which will be know. Client is very important so require given service on time.
