The best thing i like about Rivigo Is there is no Politics in work, unlike other companies where I had work. Job location is near your home town most of the times, and going to office is not an issue to most people. In covid got minimal salary, comparatively this is a good thing.

Dislikes

There is no Job security, Not got any appraisal which was due before covid began, as they said there was an economic crisis. There is no work life balance, calls and meeting starts from morning 5-6am and continues late night. Any times meeting are called. Do not get time to spend with family. Too much of work pressure all times and all days. Anytime you are asked to leave ur current work location and asked to relocate. During Covid, went out and worked on ground risking and still got heavy pay cuts, those who sat home n did nothing n those who worked on ground both got treated equal....Read More
