Good learning experience and good for fresher to start their career . But for experienced professional it is average. During the lockdown company has provided the work from home .even not forced any one to come to office

During the lockdown the work was full-length and salary was deducted . And appraisal process is worst.

Working environment is really decent and we are given bonus timely along with Salary hike as per company norms.

Salary is fair but the career growth is very slow due to which I am looking for a job change.

White Collar Employees (above G.M level)are very egoistic. Very toxic environment in office. Even after achieving 100% KRAs, Job Security is Zero , threats of job loss .

HR Department. And Operation higher Management totaly un experience of Operation processes at bottom level. HR. Department doing partiality between employees. Job safety is nothing. Daily working hours extended due personal life effected.
