Contractor performance and work speed very low. Very less price and low quality material arrangement for purchase team.

Very good company culture. Management is very positive for projects team. Decent appraisal for all. Saturdays off.

Contractors are mostly freshers who have limited experience & with low rates. Should go for better contractors. Pressure of working comes on site team when contractors are poor.
