The company has a work culture wherein you can develop yourself along with the project. Best thing about working in MLDL is the work life balance and your efforts are recognised by the management.

Toxic work culture, dominating and controlling managers, back stabbers(specially Pune Team) Even the HR team is supportive while hiring but while relieving each and every person mentally just checks your patience. They don’t follow the given commitments.

Contractor performance and work speed very low. Very less price and low quality material arrangement for purchase team.
