The work culture was good at the agents level.

...ism, no work life balance working hours extend as per the seniors no OT is paid. Since started working they paid salary less than the minimum wages act as we were in need no one questioned they just take it as benefit as there is no company in solapur. Toxic management which is affecting employees.

...taff to roam free on the floor. Worst Management system i have seen in my life. I resigned in February and i got my salary in August, whenever i asked to HR ( Hemangi vispute), she gaves me stupid excuses over the salary.

...ot renewed you are done. It is just payroll, all policies are depends on client. Ex: timing, salary and work days.

MIBS is resources provider, they hired for clients requirements and it is not permanent, only contract.

For someone who have passion for learning about overall tractor then this is the best place for them. You'll gel a chance to open any tractor Aggregate like engine, transmission and everything here. You'll get Practical exposure here as you can always go to all departments in plant without any permission to explore about the manufacturing process. You'll get very nice afternoon meal here and evening snack as well which is really good. Gym is free for you. This place is not for the one who want to earn decent, this is for the one who just want to learn about this industry.

...s no yearly bonus for training executives. When you go to training centers i.e. Sagar, Satna, Jabalpur, you have to manage your own expenses with the same salary. Work role is not fixed here, you may have to work here for anything your manager want. You may have to open any tractor or Aggregates or complete the missing parts of the same. You may have to do some housekeeper works and heavy works like lifting heavy weight objects.
