Corrupt General Managers who portrays good infront of mangement but does all sort of unhealthy work practice at resort

During lock down they will pay hole salary.They did not cut even penny.Overall culture is good .But reaort level there are alot of politics

Company is good.But salary structure as well work culture is not good.you have to face a lot of polictics at resort level.No corporate culrure all .It is driven by cluter manager

pathetic work culture, if you are working with club Mahindra it means you don't have any other option, even managers are also very abusive and if you are complaining against him overall management is against you. no one care about forntliners. no weekoffs, no work timings
