1. Timely salary 2. All major holidays 3. Good IT infrastructure 4. Great brand

Dislikes

1. Everybody works in silos (highly compartmentalised), with less interdepartmental interaction. 2. Nobody grooms or supports you in your initial days. You are all alone. 3. Most departments are highly indifferent. They don't care about your presence in the organisation. 4. Nobody picks up their phones or calls you back. 5. There is no work-life balance. You are expected to work/attend field calls even on weekends.

Supportive boss and teammates. Positive & satisfied with training, salary. Work environment was actually pleasant. Good work life balance. There was enough job security.

Work culture is not good at all. Working hours are from morning 10 am to night 12 pm. Only 3 week offs in a month.
