pathetic work culture, if you are working with club Mahindra it means you don't have any other option, even managers are also very abusive and if you are complaining against him overall management is against you. no one care about forntliners. no weekoffs, no work timings

Seniors are not supportive,they mostly use abusive language while talking whether male or female (not as rough as they use for male) and gives cunning look as if they will eat you. It appears good in first 3 month of job but later you will suffocate in this environment

...hing to appreciate. Thay gave fake promises...nothing worked as per they said...salary, appraisal, duties and responsibilities. Nothing was followed legally..complete cheating management, especially the HR.

Nobody followed professional ethics. They have fired a lot of good employees already, literally harassment on employees, no respect , no values and no offs, a irresponsible leadership.

The company will put a lot of pressure on you to convince the customers to come to thier meeting. Reputation of Club Mahindra among Indians is so bad and Club Mahindra Holidays never keep thier promises that they made to customers.

Poor management and leadership, leading to unclear expectations and conflicting priorities
