There's a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is really slow. One has to give up on his personal life for this job, as it doesn't provide any work life balance. Company policies can changes every month.

If you're a beginner and starting your career in this place can change you. The pressure is so high and the work environment is so abusive, any other workplace would seem heavenly for you.

Every damn thing. Poor salary for beginners Extremely poor work life balance Abusive and disgusting managers who shout at you for anything and everything, make fun of you in front of your colleagues. Your self esteem would get destroyed. No, am not talking about the usual manager thing when you're not achieving the targets, the abuse was absolutely through the roof atleast in my department. That part of my life still feels like a nightmare and as a beginner i had no choice other than sticking on. Terrible place

No off no leave pressure to work 30days (only for marketing and sales departments)continuously in a month I think it was not known by corporate level but nothing will happen
